Honouring Māmā and Pēpi Voices - Tāmaki Makaurau

This hui is grounded in the voices of our Māmā, following a series of wānanga held across the motu where Māmā courageously shared their experiences, challenges, and aspirations within our health systems. We’ve been deeply honoured to listen and now invite you to reflect with us on what we’ve heard.

This will be an interactive session, not a sit-and-listen format. We’ll move, kōrero, and collaborate to identify opportunities for change. Together, we’ll explore both the “low-hanging fruit” and the long-term shifts needed to better support the wellbeing of Māmā, Pēpi, and their whānau.

We know from the kōrero and data that meaningful change requires shifts in both systems and mindsets. We are committed to honouring the voice of our Māmā and working alongside providers like you to co-create solutions that reflect the whānau we serve.
